Request Use

Janson Park is available for use by organizations with prior approval of the Janson Foundation. Permission is required for an organized event or activity or to reserve any area within the park for use. Clean-up and removal of trash is the responsibility of the requesting organization.

Are you charging a fee to participate? If so, how much?

A certificate of insurance listing the Janson Foundation as an additional insured party must be attached. Minimum coverage of $500,000 for bodily injury and $500,000 for property damage.

Terms & Conditions

I hereby certify that I have read, understand and agree to the rules concerning the use of Janson Park. Further, I release the Janson Foundation, its Board of Directors, volunteers, agents, and employees from all claims, actions and charges whatsoever arising out of the event(s) conducted on the above-mentioned dates(s) for which the application is submitted. My organization will defend all actions, suits, complaints or legal proceedings of any kind brought against the Janson Foundation, its Board of Directors, volunteers, agents and employees and further will hold harmless and indemnify the aforementioned from any expenses, judgments or decrees recovered against them as a result of said use of the park. The provisions of this Application and this paragraph extend to and shall be binding upon the applicant’s successors, assigns, heirs and personal representatives.
